Movie night last night at the kids' school (Madagascar 3). Today? Dropped off some banana bread and chocolate chip cookies that I baked this morning for a bake sale (Elizabeth's Brownie troop held a bake sale today to benefit a local animal shelter). Jack and I then dropped Elizabeth off at ballet and did errands. After picking her up, we had lunch at one of our favorite Chinese restaurants, where we ran into John, Karen, and Sara. What a great surprise! (Sara and Jack both came home from Dongguan). Had to find brown shoes for Jack, so we hit Target (no luck) and the shoe store (success!), stopped at the playground for a bit, and finally headed home. Oh--and Elizabeth just made brownies all by herself!
