As you can see, the number of orphans coming to the U.S. from China peaked in 2005 (coincidentally, the year in which Elizabeth came home) and fell precipitously in 2006 (1413 less visas issued in 2006 than in 2005). It will be very interesting to see the numbers for 2007...
