Ain't that the truth? I often joke about it--that this adoption is akin to the gestational period of an elephant! (Did you know that the elephant's gestation period is 22 months, the longest of any land animal? Well, we in the China adoption community have that beat, hands down). And to top it all off, it's just about time to renew my I-171H and fingerprints...yuck!
