I should've known better. He was too quiet. This is Jack, absolutely covered in Bag Balm. Don't know what that is? It's a little like Vaseline. In other words, nice and messy. And Jack had a blast--can you tell? You'd never know that he's been very sick this week with temps as high as 104 degrees. He has (or had) bronchiolitis, so I've been giving him breathing treatments using a nebulizer. He's been great about it and even holds the face mask up to his nose and mouth himself, saying, "I do it!" The pediatrician told me that because this is his second bout with bronchiolitis, Jack may develop asthma later in life. He asked about Jack's family history because genetics may play a role in the development of asthma. Ummm, that's something I would love to know more about myself...
