Today, Jack went to a birthday party at his friend, Christopher's, house. Best part, according to Jack? Cotton candy! While he was at the party, Elizabeth and I (and the dog) went in to my office to work on her homework assignment: to make a collage for the cover of her writing notebook. She chose photos of things important to her: pictures of her and Jack; of Baxter; and of Sally; a couple pictures of her and Duncan; and a picture of Mooselookmeguntic Lake from the Height of Land (camp). She added her name in cursive boldface as well as the words "cheering" and "born to dance!!!" The cover is supposed to give her inspiration for writing great stories. It looks fabulous!
After we picked Jack up, we went to the playground at MIW for a few minutes, then came home. Another great day!
