Let's see...I left work early and met Dad and the kids at the podiatrist's office for Elizabeth's appointment. She got her orthotics today--let's hope that as she continues to wear them that her foot and ankle pain eventually disappear. While we were at the doctor's, Dad took Jack to karate. Jack was chosen to demonstrate different moves by Kyoshi to the class three times!--woo hoo! Afterwards, there was a pretty good water fight outside, from what I hear, and Jack got soaked (not that he minded). Good thing he had a change of clothes in the car...Home for dinner, then out again for swim lessons. Elizabeth did her first standing dive from the side of the pool tonight! Oh, so proud of her! Jack is doing really well, too--and I just love how cute he looks in his goggles!
