this year, this is what she would have worn for the performance. Unfortunately, she refused to dance. Does this child look shy to you? You'd never believe it, but she's incredibly shy around those she doesn't know well. She won't attend Chinese school this semester (I think this upsets me more than her). Instead, she starts ballet in three weeks. I hope ballet is more fun for her...

Kids are funny. My oldest is the official cutain puller at every school program because she will not go out on stage for school programs!
