Elizabeth turns 5 years old tomorrow--my baby is a little girl now! We had a busy Saturday: after ballet and gymnastics in the morning, we celebrated Elizabeth's birthday (and her friend, Anna's, too) at the Children's Museum later in the afternoon. Elizabeth LOVED everything about the grocery store (the cash register, the grocery basket, and the grocery list were particular favorites) and was quite proud of herself when she mastered sliding down the fireman's pole inside the firetruck. She opened some of her presents after coming home and more of them this morning. Her favorite? Her gift from Nanny and Papa: a Bitty Baby, wearing a sweet little sleeper, and matching pajamas for Elizabeth. She fell asleep with the baby doll lying across her chest. So very sweet!

That is very sweet. Why must they grow so fast!!? Your Elizabeth makes me laugh every time I see her pictures!!
Happy Birthday Elizabeth! What a beautiful girl! I'm glad that she had a fun bday celebration. The photo of her sleeping with her new baby doll is so sweet.
