Yesterday, Papa, Nanny, Jack, and I watched from the audience as Elizabeth became a Brownie. She received several cool new patches, including one of Juliette Low (who founded the Girl Scouts in the United States), one for marching in the Memorial Day parade, and another one for crossing the bridge to Brownies. After the short ceremony, we ate healthy snacks and then headed home.
