Elizabeth received an IOU from the Bunny, promising her a shelter cat. She's already decided that she wants a black and white kitty, and she will name her "Sophia." So there. (She's put a lot of thought into this one). The daycare/preschool is closed next week, so Elizabeth and Jack will stay at Papa and Nanny's house. I will drive them up next Monday (it's Patriot's Day, so I have the day off), and the grandparents will bring them home that Friday, so that Elizabeth won't miss ballet on Saturday morning. After ballet class, we will visit the animal shelter. More on that later, I'm sure. We had our traditional Easter egg hunt and, boy,was it COLD and WINDY! All of the kids had a wonderful time, but I was happy to go back inside when it was over!
